She has served in various senior HR roles for the United Nations Organizations (UNICEF, UN Secretariat & WHO) and in private sector over 30 years implementing innovative global Talent Acquisition and Development programs. Prior to UN career, she has worked as a Director of Training at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Hawaii where she taught thousands of employees about diversity and intercultural skills in customer service and communication.
